Max Factory Asakura Ryoko

I’m glad I ended up not dropping her pre-order! This figure is just breathtaking, it’s not so much of how pretty she is but the details. She was on and off my pre-order list from time to time. But in the end i did what i wanted to, i wanted to have all the Max Factory Haruhi Figures. So I got my Haruhi, Mikuru, and Yuki and since Asakura’s release got pushed back from September to November I was able to afford her and I ended up getting her as well.

My only complaint again is her hands, I keep feeling like i’m going to break her with the ball joint that it comes with. The knife in the one hands keeps falling out as well, nothing a little super glue can’t fix but still is quite frustrating.

    I do regret dropping this order a bit, but oh well. I have a list of figures that I want to pick up eventually, and Ryoko is on it, but not near the top unfortunately. :( I do like her better than the lolfang figure.

    The opposite happened for me. I had a lot of orders for September, but because she was pushed to NOVEMBER it didn’t help because I had a lot of expenses that month. :( If it were pushed to October, I would have picked it up because I had no orders for October. Release date changes suck… Already dropped an order for this month because MF Fauna was pushed back, not to mention there are a couple other December release that I would consider picking up. :(

    Yar I’m glad I held out with this. They kept pushing it back and everything. I’m glad I was able to get it before leaving school or I would have waited till I got back to get it.

    I always preferred the 3 side characters in Haruhi more than the main 3 girls. Though for some reason I have a bunch of Mikuru figures from Otakon.

    wow! you have a remarkable flair for composition. I’m inspired to take a figure outside and try for what you’ve done, but -what would the neighbors say? heh.
