I was lucky to have dropped Kotobukiya's restock of their figure at the last minute or else I would have been upset when I got a hold of the Alter one. It's quite the slick figure and VERY detailed (cape and hair, and the chains on the ladder are metallic). As for Alter's Nanoha... wait until you have the Fate one and you'll stick Nanoha back in her box. :P I kinda wanted to get that Hagu figure, but other stuff got released around the same time that I wanted more and I was trying to be more conscientious about money, so she got axed. :(
