Vampire Knight Anime!

Posted under Anime/Manga

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES!!!!!
I just stumbled upon Danny Choo’s page and saw this! I’m so excited, words cannot describe my excitement! OMG YAY I’M SO EXCITED! ok sorry about my outburst there…So I love Hino Matsuri, I was introduced a while back to Meri Puri by a friend of mine and I’ve been in love with her work since. She hasn’t done much, but what she has done I absolutely love. I’m very excited for this anime adaptation, I’ve been in ~shoujo anime mode~ for a while now, I just finished up Lovely Complex and I’m watching Kimikiss right now, so this is coming out at a great time for me. I HAVEN’T BEEN THIS EXCITED ABOUT A NEW ANIME IN SOOOOOOOO LONG!!! Oops, my girl-y super obsessive chara is starting to show!

The seiyuu cast looks pretty good as well, Mamoru Miyano as Zero Kiryū (Light - Deathnote, Moondoggie - Eureka Seven, Tamaki Suou - Ouran High School Host Club, Setsuna F. Seiei - Gundam 00) and Yui Horie as Yūki Cross (Multi - To Heart, Naru Narusegawa - Love Hina, Ayu Tsukimiya - Kanon, Kotori Shirakawa - Da Capo.)

So far this looks to be very promising, so lets hope that they don’t screw up the transfer from manga to anime, like they have been with Shugo Chara… >_<

Ah! Pure excitement. Really cant remember when the last time I took up the phone within 30 seconds to tell my friends about something! I cannot wait. I CAN-NOT wait. Now I want to go learn Japanese so that I might be able to download it sooner!! (aside from the obvious problem of the time it would take to learn one of the most difficult languages in the world) The characters are so true to the manga too!! Great, great news!! Thanks for my immediate good mood. So happy now.

well you tube is down for now, but veoh has the 1st episode up…but it’s without English subs. >_< Grrr…I still watched it tho. :3

Not bad…I prefer the art style of the manga still.

Yes, it’s already out ^_^ I am also enjoying it a lot when I blog the summary. So who is enjoying the fact that Yuki Cross is voiced by Yui Horie? =3

I agree with what “Tokyosista” says about the art atyle of manga. Kaname looks way more hotter in the novel. They didn’t mess up the anime too bad. Not like how they messed up Fruits Basket. (OMG, they messed that up BAD!!!!) The voices are okay and the songs at the beginning and end are pretty good. Vampire Knight is my favorite manga book, but Inuyasha is still my favorite anime.
