Getting 2 figures u listed DQ.
I have one strict rule only, purchase the figures from the series which i love and/or a particular character from the series that is my favourite. Considering it’s a strict rule, sticking to it will always be hard because usually there will be times where I will find a bargain on a semi character or from a so-so series that i like but the figure itself its too good to pass by on that price.

I knew I was in trouble when i spent AUD$800+ on figures on Feb. alone. It made me cancel about 3 figures in which I was gonna get in the next 2-3 months. >_<

Yay Enterbrain’s Yoko. Though it is one that looks least like her art, it seems to be the best in terms of artwork and sculpting. Hopefully Enterbrain does not disappoint, got her on preorder too.

Will probably preorder Hayase as well when she gets up for preorder in a local store here. Two good choices there, DQ.

@anon: it is true how once you’ve amassed a certain amount of figures for your collection you start to slow down a bit. Last year was good for me in terms of my income, so my figure collection grew quite rapidly. This yer it’s been tough with the gas prices, and how the economy is doing i can’t spend as much and i need to focus more moeny on bills instead of figures.

I also have a policy of only getting fig rues from series i know and like. I broke my rule with buying the Max Factory Fauna, but i didn’t regret it. and i have a feeling if i don’t get those two idolmaster figures i’ll regret it later. I’m the worst impulse shopper in the world, if i have money in my pocket it burns until i spend it! I try and only carry my debit card and leave my credit cards at home in case i stumble across any figures that i don’t already own. It’s helped me save so much money and no regret purchases. If you look at my figures page you’ll notice a section of sold figures, those were some bad impulse buys of mine

Only getting one of the figures you’ve listed (Nanoha!!! xD), but then again, I’m getting a whole lot of others which you’ve probably deemed not worthy, and if I actually think rationally about it, you’d probably be right too ^^;

If I had the presence of mind like you do, I’d probably be saving lots. Good luck with the struggles of impulse shopping, I know I fail miserably even at that aspect as well -_-;

Some great preorders that you got there. Fate Testarossa is must for any fig collector. However, because of her cape she is quite large and will probably take up half a shelf believe it or not. The box that she comes is quite huge. See my photobucket that i listed as website for pics of my collection.

I don’t know how long you’ve been in the figure collecting business but you have amassed quite a collection. Eventually i think all collectors reach a point where they start reducing their purchases due to space limitations or money and become more selective in their purchases. I use to collect one fig a month but now maybe 5 a year at best. Anyways i wish you the best and look forward to more of your collection.

stumbled upon your blog from 4chan believe it or not. I am the dude that owns that Max Factory Naru which you offered to buy ^^;; Not for sale though >< Enjoy the huge box that she comes in when you get her.
