Anyone in the southern California area should know of or have heard of K-EARTH 101. They are pretty much the best oldie station in the area and if you don’t know of them or would like to hear them you can listen to them online as well! Check them out they are awesome! Well right now they are holding a tax relief contest every hour, be caller #whichever, choose from three envelopes and get cash prizes! I always call for this other contest in the morning where they give out free gas, (i love me some gasoline) so i tend to have their number in my recent calls list on my cell phone. Well today i got in my car after i got off of work and heard them say be caller #15 now! I picked up my phone and hit call, and to my surprise the phone starts ringing! Then the DJ answers and says “Who’s this and where are you calling from?” I answer “OMG um um, Frances from Su-Sun City.” Then he goes “Guess what you’re caller number #15!!!” I was bouncing around in my car from excitement!!! I choose envelope #2 and won $50!!! GO ME! I only i could have gotten home early enough to record me on the radio! I sounded like a 5 year old!! I’m surprised the Dj didn’t ask for my mommy…
It’s going to be so hard now to not go out and spend the money impulsively on figures… MUST STAY AWAY FROM EBAY AND KID NEMO!!!! I need to at least save this money to put towards my pending pre-orders…

Got my Yoko art book today, i’m a sucker for any and all merchandise related to Gurren Lagann so this was a must have. I don’t have many art books, but the ones i do have, i love. This latest one is no exception, I adore the artwork inside, but I’m surprised at the amount of art that i haven’t seen online. There are some awesome yoko images that i bet many people haven’t seen, so i took pictures of pretty much the entire book for you all. Excuse me and my horrible lighting/picture taking ability.

So for a while now i’ve been “Dancing Queen’s Blog”. Why i’m unoriginal, and unclever. I wanted to start a blog but couldn’t think of a clever name… until NOW!
So i’m now “How a Girl Figures”. Get my being clever? I hope so, it’s supposed to be a pun on how I think and how I collect figures. Turns out many people are surprised to find out I’m a figure collector and a girl! Just cause i don’t have a penis doesn’t mean i can’t admire my pvc ladies, and no it doesn’t make me a lesbian either! I have a boyfriend for the record (at least for now ^_~.)
ok so this does mean one thing…. gotta change up that blog roll, that rss feed info and such!

This is a big time want! I finally started to finish up Seto No Hanayome after Deftoned kept mentioning how amazing it really was. It is honestly really entertaining and fun. It’s a must see, honestly i don’t understand why it wasn’t more popular… Masa san on it is the best really, I’ve been dying for a dakimakura for about forever but i don’t really want to get one with a half naked girl on it, my friends already think I’m weird for having half naked wall scrolls and figures, i think a full body pillow will push them over the edge. If anything I want this to be made into a Dakimakura, Kamina <3.
