If it weren’t for the option of local pick up from my current supplier of figures, and saving on shipping I would go with Kidnemo… Otherwise my main source of figures and manga would be http://www.toylet.net or from Frank & Son’s warehouse swapmeet.

HLJ doesn’t charge me until the items are in stock, but they don’t hold items for you. This may be bad, but you can still decide not to buy the items you pre-order if you change your mind later, and it won’t charge you anything like other sites do. Also the shipping takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive, but I can bear that. By the way, I use paypal to pay, so I’m not sure if that is the same when you use other payment methods.

I don’t think Kid Nemo’s that good, I made a preorder and when I emailed asking for the release date, they told me it would ship from 2.5-3 months from now on, for the Shuraki Liu, released on May 30th. So I cancelled the order, I reserved it at Hobby Search and as yesterday, I got my figure at home.

And it took them 4 days to answer my mail…

Definitely been waiting for AX! And even better new with Kid Nemo going, I’ve bought only like 2 things from them but it was always a painless transaction ^^ .

Oh cool! I’m going to need to look for their booth.
I’m also planning to do a lot of bargain searching at AX but I don’t know how that will turn out, since most likely I’ll be with a sorta-big group and I’m the only one that’s interested in figures. ;_;
