I really wanted to pick up this Hayate since she’d look all sorts of awesome with Alter’s Fate PVC, but that price kills me. 9800 yen, and then there’s shipping on top of that! *sobs*

I’m in the Navy here in Japan, so when we go to sea. My job is to make sure we have internet through methods that are classified. Its not the fastest.

A heads up for those interested in the Hayate Alter figure. HobbylinkJapan has her instock again as of the 31 of Jan. They had her under the status discontinued earlier, guess they keep finding shipments in the back or something.

Also, saw that Alter Teana is instock on Hobbysearch. I must see this figure in person before I even think about buying…

Just got it, my god that box is huge, the box used to ship it over was as big as luggage that I use for traveling!

Quick question, I was setting up Hayate for some photos and was attaching the shoulder wing for Reinforce to sit on, I was a little scared when I was inserting the wing in and as a result the clip was sticking out a bit. Should I be applying more force to it to have it sit in more? I was being pretty delicate about it.

My Hayate should be arriving tomorrow, I’m just going to be staring out the window like a puppy dog waiting for the courier to arrive.

I’m starting to get worried about the boxes I’ve been collecting, I’m currently on the way to making a huge tower with them but I do have to say that Alter’s boxes and packaging is really well made and quite sturdy, that was something I was worried about.

The picture of the unopened box was the figure sitting on the edge was pretty cute and Hayate’s selling point for me, as silly as it sounds, is the magic floating book.
