Some figure delays, normally they suck big time since it just means you’ll have to wait longer for amazing figures to come out. But for me, they are great news since I’m still a bit broke from being jobless for so long. I only recently got a new job but even still hours will suck until Black Friday.
Black Friday being the day after Thanksgiving where almost every store in the US has a giant sale and if you work retail that means you are doomed to work that day. Also with my working at The Disney Store we’ll be swamped with parents buying presents for their kids all up until Christmas!
Poor Black Rock Shooter got pushed back to December due to production issues, and Mio got pushed to January. Greats news for me since hopefully by then I’ll be able to afford all these awesome figures I’ve got ordered.

It is a good thing in this case. BRS is a very long-term purchase, in that I’m not even considering buying her now. Is it the same for you? Oh, and you have good taste in figures – those two are gorgeous.

well, not getting her now is a bad idea! She’ll be so hard to find once this production run is done. You’ll have to pray for a re-release, and knowing GSC they won’t be doing ones at all

Its seriously unacceptable what they are doing to BRS. Three figure delays? For production issues? They should have mastered it by now…. and because of black rock shooter’s delay, everything else in line is getting delayed too. Annoying.
I ordered Saber Lily from OtakuFuel… I heard about the site from you first! Otakufuel has nice prices, but they are sooo late. She’s only comming in the mail this friday for me. But they are a great service, so thanks for posting about them!

Delays are a blessing in disguise. I know the pain when Saber Lily was delayed from June all the way to end of September. But more time to save. Free up your cash flow. The important thing is you’re guaranteed to get your figure. And when you finally get them, you’ll forget about the delays.
For the BRS figure, I’d prefer they get the crafsmanship right instead of rushed to retail. Good Smile is watching out for our satisfaction.

I am usually pretty happy about delays aswell since it helps to keep your money together.Alot of Items seem to have been moved to December/January now and thats a bit expensive ^^;;

I am interested to see the non advertised photos of the Mio figure and to see a full review on her. The face from the picture posted almost seems off. The thing I am interested to find out is how well the figure stays on the stand. Nearly all of my Nanoha series figures have a single foot two peg stand and the weight distribution tends to cause warping to the plastic pegs. >< my poor Vita figure barely stays on her stand now.
