It's been not only a long time since I've posted here, but it has been a long time since I shared photos of my place. The last time you guys saw where I lived I was still living at home with my parents. It was back in 2012, so easily 4 years ago you saw my collection. Now you can see not only has my… [more]

[Alter] – Melty Review

So since I've moved into my new apartment I still hadn't set up my photography studio. Seems work has me busier than I thought I would ever be, however I took some time this past weekend to set up my studio so I could take some photos of my latest purchase, Alter's 1/8th Melty from Shining Hearts. Now… [more]

[Orchid Seed] – Yuki Review NSFW

Pre-ordered this figure the moment she was released for pre-order. I needed for for multiple reasons, she's sexy/half naked, plus while she's not Sora she reminds me of Sora from Yosuga no Sora! But she's Yuki from Maid Yome and she's pretty amazing. The only issue is her adorable mouth really looks… [more]

Nendoroid Storage Container

I recently went on a trip to a magical place, The Container Store. Ok it's not really magical, but I happen to have discovered a love for organizing my home. I tend to prefer Ikea and Daiso but we went to The Container Store on a whim and I discovered this lovely storage container! I've been needing… [more]

London Trip

Finally getting to posting these pictures from my recent trip to Europe. Sorry it took so long, while in Europe I would unload my memory card onto my brother’s laptop to not worry about filling up my memory card. But once we got home he didn’t transfer the pictures to my computer and I only got them back today! Well we were in London for a few days then went to Paris by the Eurostar but that’s for another post. Make sure you leave a comment on this post, past and future posts! A Giveaway is coming up soon and your comments will help you win!

Parliament, with everyone’s favorite clock tower Big Ben!

Love the crossing signal sign, It’s so cute how it says wait! I mean it’s obvious that you must wait till you can cross, but to so obviously say it was just so silly to me! Still loved it!

Big Ben is just so fancy!

Tower Bridge, amazing during the day, even better at night when lit up!

The lions of Trafalgar Square, of course I had to jump on!

On our way to see the London Eye some musicians!

A Pavement Artist! Just like in Mary Poppins!

uhhhh…. Not entirely sure what this is, but it’s colorful!

This guy was really awesome, while he was playing the guitar he wasn’t playing the blues. (yes a bad joke, but you know i had to!)

A Gold Moving Statue!

George Washington! Never expected to see him here!

The horse guards!

The other guards for the Changing of the guards at Buckingham palace.

Mounted Police, very polite while we were taking pictures of the guards during the Changing of the Guard!

The London Eye, an awesome and amazing Ferris wheel!

The view from the London Eye!

Big Ben peeking out!

Westminster Abbey, we went inside but no pictures allowed.

The view from sitting on the steps of St. Paul’s Cathedral.

St. Paul’s Cathedral, an important building for many reasons. Diana and Charles were married here, but for me it’s famous for only one reason! I even bought my own snow globe of the Cathedral!

Went later onto a Rock and Roll walking tour that soon turned into a Beatles tour for me since we were the only ones on the walking tour! This is the Building where Apple records used to be.

Apple Records at #3 Savile Row, site of a very famous rooftop concert by The Beatles.

A huge Mural in Soho, recognize the picture from another famous Beatles image?

Trident Sound Studios, where some very famous songs have been recorded! Many Beatles songs like; Hey Jude, Dear Prudence, Honey Pie, Martha My Dear, and Savoy Truffle. Also Cold Turkey by the Plastic Ono Band and My Sweet Lord by George Harrison. Your song, Rocket Man, Crocodile Rock, Candle In the Wind and Saturday Night’s Alright from Elton John. Everyone’s favorite song Bohemian Rhapsody from Queen, and so many more amazing songs!

Paul McCartney’s current office.

If you look in the window, on the right side you can see all the gold records hanging on the wall! If you couldn’t guess I’m a huge Beatles fan, yet i sadly missed out on heading to Abbey Road, but hey it gives me a reason to head back to London to visit again!

The Underground, Loved the underground! I wish we had amazing subway systems like that here!

I know it’s silly again, but I love that the exit says Way Out and not Exit! We were so used to looking for the Exit sign we kept getting lost the first few day!

For myself if i lived in London I’d never need a car when I could used the underground. We didn’t bother renting a car for thsi trip, also since we knew we’d be so confused with them driving on the left side of the road. Even crossing the street was scary for us since we’d be expecting the cars to be coming the opposite way. So we’d be extra careful when crossing the street! For sure I’m going back! I adored London and would recommend it to anyone who’s considering a trip to Europe! London is a place to see! Everyone was amazingly polite and sweet to us, it’s so clean and we really felt safe and comfortable in London! To everyone who we met along the way, thank you for helping us fall in love with your beautiful city!

Paris pictures coming shortly, along with more figure reviews, and a GIVEAWAY! Don’t forget to comment on this post and other posts too! It will give you the upper hand in the upcoming Giveaway!

great Photos, I think I understood why you liked London more than Paris ^^, but still I am looking forward to Paris Photo.
and your photos make me want to go to Europe now :p

    • Dancing Queen says:

While the paris photos will be coming soon, i didn’t take as many since i really was worried of just having my camera out in the open in paris compared to london. Still both are such amazing cities!

      • ddh4mster says:

Ah I see, my mistake, I thought you liked London more there hehe.
In any case that night shot for the Tower Bridge is amazing!
I could make a postcard out of it!

  2. Cadha13 says:

Yeah, the photos of the some of the best sights in London, and that is not including the Apple Records office and Trident Studios. About every yard in London seems to have a piece of history there. I love to go there some day.

  3. eckotaku says:

wow..i’ve never been in a out of country trip before..ehhehehe….you really looks like a professional on photoshooting..i love the photo of the big ben :D..it’s amazing..

    • Dancing Queen says:

It was my first trip overseas, farthest I’ve gone before was Mexico and since I’m in Southern California that’s not really a stretch. Thanks for the photography compliment, I’m studying to be a professional one day so i love the praise!

  4. Mememo says:

It looks like you really enjoyed your trip to London ^_^ . The London Eye is fantastic i got to go on it at christmas after dark and it was just amazingly cool

  5. Punynari says:

Wonderful photos. I have always wanted to go to Europe at least once. I was going to go on a class trip back in high school but that didn’t pan out. Maybe I can be stationed there someday if I decide to stay in the Navy.

BTW, I noticed that you live in the same town that I grew up in. Small world. I miss Southern California. Such beautiful mountains and beaches all just a short drive away. 😀

    • Dancing Queen says:

wow in perris? I tech. grew up in Elsinore/Wildomar and moved out here in High School but we’re all so close it’s really the same thing

      • Punynari says:

Yes indeed. Living there is probably what got me interested in the outdoors so much. I used to ride my bike around Lake Perris every weekend and would often go hiking in the San Jacinto Mountains. Such a great place to grow up.

  6. LagannBuster says:

Nice pictures, would like to go to Europe someday once I visit Japan first. Also love The Beatles, should have gone down to Abbey Road too and got some pictures.

    • Dancing Queen says:

we really wanted to, but we had so little time while in London and there was just so much we wanted to get done!

  7. Moniquekat says:

Haha, the “wait” and “way out” signs are so cute XD

The buildings there all look so fancy *w* And it looks like you saw a lot of cool stuff! I think my favorite pictures are the ones you took from the London Eye, where you can see -so- much of the city! All of them look awesome, though. You have a lot of skill with a camera :3

    • Dancing Queen says:

I wonder if they think our signs are ridiculous when i see how silly i think their signs are. Thanks for the compliment on the photography, i’m still learning but I love hearing praise ^^

  8. Looks like a fun trip, visiting all the famous places. I would love to visit London some day ^^

  9. Flip says:

I woke up really early today, went to sleep at 6 and now it’s 10 a.m and donno why I stopped here second on the net after the Marvel vs Capcom 3 trailer. Hmmm. I’m sleepy but anyways great photos. (yeah I am sort of rambling)

  10. Jisu-chan says:

Such amazing pictures! Looks like you had alot of fun!<3
I'd love to go to London one day, and other places in Europe as well too.

Looking forward to you Paris photos!^^

    • Dancing Queen says:

we did have tons of fun, so much rich history in this wonderful city and there are so many more places in Europe i want to visit too!

  11. Sadie89 says:

Wow,I love your pictures! I hope I can visit London this summer…
    Great site^^

    • Dancing Queen says:

It’s awesome, i think if you go around September, they said they do Buckingham palace tours, i wanted to do it while we were there but apparently it’s only open during certain months 🙁

  12. FMPhoenixHawk says:

Nice photos. Looks like it was kind of cold.

  13. Kaylin says:

Oh man, lucky girl. I got the pleasure of running through Heathrow at a breakneck speeds on my way to Ireland. That’s the extent of my London experiences (I did see the London eye from our plane though!). Your photos are beautiful and it makes me miss Europe.

    • Dancing Queen says:

I do want to go visit Ireland one day, how was it there?

      • Kaylin says:

It was lovely! I only got to see Dublin since I wasn’t there very long, it was very crowded as well. Since we went over Saint Patricks day. The city is beautiful, and of course, lots and lots of great pubs and bars.

  14. Nopy says:

London’s so beautiful, I wanna visit it someday. That “way out” sign seemed odd to me too, but it wouldn’t feel like a different country if everything was the same as America.

  15. Persocom says:

I always wanted to go to London at least once. Almost went there as a kid but my mom canceled the trip at the last minute. I think she’s got a friend living over there somewhere. What a strange place to see George Washington O_o

    • Dancing Queen says:

our tour guide was telling us that apparently George Washington pledged never to set foot on English Soil, turns out they had other ideas!

  16. Richard Cypher says:

London resident here! I love seeing my own city from a visitor’s point of view, it makes me swell with pride for my great city and gives me a tingly feeling. I’m very happy you had a great time in London, it reminds me how I and others take thing for granted here, yet you find them fascinating and quaint.

Looks like you didn’t find the shop orbital manga though 😉

  17. phossil says:

Telmo?? Who was Telmo? (carved in the wood door picture…) Lol..

    • Dancing Queen says:

maybe the jerk before me who decided the best way to leave his mark on the world is to graffiti a historic building…

  18. IshokuOsero says:

When you started with the Beatles pictures, I was absolutely certain you’d have an Abbey Road shot! Aww. D: You’ll definitely have to go back again sometime. =P

Pretty amazing pictures though, I absolutely love the night shots (but then, I’m a sucker for nighttime city pictures). I look forward to your posts of anywhere else you’ve been at during your trip. ~

    • Dancing Queen says:

The paris trip photos should be coming up soon, and for sure i have to go back London, i really missed so much!

  19. Blowfish says:

You better move your butt to Germany aswell the next time youre visiting Europe 😛
Never been to London even though its so “close”.Its kinda weird how you never appreciate things close by and always long for stuff so far away

    • Dancing Queen says:

I’ll do my best to visit germany next time, we were considering it for the next big trip, any good places to visit in germany?

  20. Innocentsake says:

Wonderful pictures as always 😀 It truly makes me want to hop on a plane and head over there right away! Its funny just how amusing the little things can be [such as the signs~!]. And my husband would have loved to have visited all of the Beatles related sites you were at, he too is a huge Beatles Fan 😀 You mentioned nothing of food so I have to ask, was there anything that was just your favorite thing to eat there? Thanks for sharing what you saw!

    • Dancing Queen says:

oh with food! I actually really liked the food, but if you’d ask me what was my favorite was the chocolate from Harrods, really expensive but totally worth the money! drooling now just thinking of the chocolate!

  21. Fabrice says:

I havent been to london in ….LONG TIME..
and looking at the photos makes me want to go visit now =/
    great pictures.

    • Dancing Queen says:

It really was just such a beautiful city! I can’t wait to plan for my next trip to see it again!

  22. lovelyduckie says:

My heart aches for London, I really loved the time I spent living there. It’s expensive as heck, but I loved every moment. Also I agree the tube is AMAZING I wish we had a transportation system even 1/3rd as clean and efficient. Also I went on a Jack the Ripper tour…it was kind of lame, I don’t recommend those types of tours.

    • Dancing Queen says:

we were considering going on it but the rock and roll tour ended up being really awesome. since we were the only people there we made it this awesome Beatles tour and we got to see so much of the city!

  23. MG says:

Wow! So many beautiful photos. It looks like you had an amazing trip. 🙂

  24. lostty says:

Great pictures! The colourful “thing” is so amazingly creepy! I’ve seen a Golden moving Elvis before and in my opinion, those people are just plain weird.
I so want to visit Europe, it looks like you had such a good time.

  25. Hei says:

The buildings you shot are just too old looking. This post needs more pictures of loli buildings.

  26. agcpictures says:

Wow, thanks for the taste of London! Maybe one day I’ll be able to make it there. LOL at George Washington, that’s a little WTF. And the gold dancing dudes always creep me out; I think our guy in Hollywood is silver.

Oh, and you look very nice as a blonde. ^^

    • Dancing Queen says:

oh thanks, i loved it once i got it all done and full blonde, but now i’m missing my dark hair. maybe after Anime Expo i’ll dye it black again

      • agcpictures says:

You’re going to AX? Are you going to do another panel? They also just announced Danny as a GOH! Will need to charge up the old voice recorder and take some notes so I can be like you guys… and get samples and freebies. ^^

And imho, I think you should keep it, you’re so cute in your Otacool submission photo! :3

  27. Tofu says:

I’m heading there next month! I can’t wait!
