If you haven’t heard of Durarara!! you’ve been hiding under a rock for the past couple of years! Alter knows this and now has provided the fans with non-other than an amazingly sexy Celty Sturluson figure!

Dururara!! is a hard series to explain, with 9 main characters each having their own stories to follow you have to see it to understand it. Celty for instance is also known as “The Black Rider” or “The Headless Rider.” She’s a Dullahan from Ireland who rides around Japan looking for her stolen head on her motorcycle which is actually a horse in disguise!

Riding around in her black cat suit, Celty’s sexy curves are wonderfully accentuated in this figure. The wrinkles in the fabric on her hips, shoulders and arms are so realistically portrayed in this stunning figure.

But seriously… dat ass! Oh it’s nice!

Love the addition of the black smoke coming out of her head. Celty wouldn’t be complete if she didn’t com with this option!

Alter Dizzy was a figure that the moment I saw her I knew there was no way I could live without her. Alter always makes amazing work and I knew there would be nothing they could do to ruin this figure. They have completed such perfection and while it’s taken me a while to bring you this review its because I wanted to give myself time to really contemplate this figure. I didn’t want to think that it was amazing just cause it was new, I wanted to love it because it is awesome.

Having time to really look her over I still see no flaws, her wings are stunning and are just pure perfection. The evil vs good look you have with Dizzy is stunning. I love how her right wing almost seems to be looking over her shoulder as if to give her bad advice and push her the wrong way.

“I’m always watching you”

Her left wing seems to be almost heavenly, it has a glow about it that it didn’t even need extra lighting to give her the feeling of glowing and wisdom, always at her side, to guide and protect her.

A Lovelingly sweet angelic face.

Another thing I adore is how this wing has not only a demonic look but a deconstructed look about him as well. Plus the cape over his face makes him look really evil.

A Stunningly amazing body, I’d kill for her stomach! Need to do more crunches…

I honestly would dare you to find something wrong with this figure. I don’t choose favorites, it’s too hard, but if I had to I know Dizzy would be on that list!

Ok, so I haven’t played Persona, and know nothing of the story at all… However that doesn’t stop me from truly appreciating the beauty of this Aegis figure! Alter always does amazing work and this is a figure that I would adore to have in my collection!

Based off the artwork for an artbook, as well all know I adore when they show the artwork the figure is based on so you can compare the two.

So lovely, I would love to have her in my collection but for now I’m sadly not going to be able to afford her. Seems Aegis is going to be a figure that once I get a job I’ll be doing my best to track her down, unless I can get her pre-ordered beforehand! She’ll be out around January next year for about 9,800 yen.

Oh man did I adore summer wars, and when Alter or well Altair announced this set of amazing figures I had to get them! I can always use more male figures!

Ikezawa is such a badass in this figure, even with the emo hair!

He comes with pretty awesome headphones too!

King Kazuma, the champion Fighter of OZ!

Ikezawa does come with a cool laptop that has OZ running.

The base is fun too, it has a small groove in it that lets you coming the two bases to save space! Oh Alter I love you so much for making space saving bases!

I love how the laptop is so well detailed that it even has OZ running!

I adore how his shirt looks so much like clothes and how well it hangs off his body.

King Kazuma is so badass, who knew a bunny could kick so much ass!

I can’t love these figures anymore than I already do! Also, it’s so awesome how they came as a set and such an incredible price! The figures are made my Altair which is Alter’s section of figures focused for girls, yet badass enough for Guys to want to own. Alter’s Bounty Hunter Yoko, the Pièce de Résistance of my Yoko figure collection. I’ve wanted this figure in my collection since I knew Alter was making her back in ’08! Even when she was released for pre-order, I jumped and got my order in so fast! Yet personal debt plagued me at the time and I had to cut back on figure orders, and sadly, I had to drop my order and regretted it ever since!

This particular Yoko has been sold out since it came out, and has been practically impossible to find unless you wanted to pay upwards of $300+ on eBay. Heck, I’ve seen her on eBay for well over $1,000!

I was lucky to find her on Yahoo Auctions Japan for just under 15,000¥. An awesome deal when you consider just how rare she is. I was also able to get her for that much since her box was damaged, which I didn’t care about as long as she herself was not damaged. While I didn’t show any pictures of her box, it’s not really that damaged IMO. The box has maybe just a little wear and tear, but not horribly damaged.

Now, I’m currently at 24 Yoko’s in my collection. Still not enough though. I’m currently missing a few, like Wave’s Yomako Sensei figures and Real Image Yoko, but I’ll actually be getting her soon!

So back to this figure: She’s prefect! Yes I’m biased, but this is one of the best Yoko figures out!

Delicious underboob!

Since I got Yoko earlier this morning, I have been staring at her all day, just sitting at my desk, looking at this figure from every possible angle. I can’t find a thing wrong with her. Alter has made something so perfect, so wonderful, it’s hard for me as well to try and find a flaw in this particular Yoko. She’s been the unicorn of my collection; the one figure I missed that was becoming more and more impossible to find as time went on. Finally owning her, I feel so invigorated with my figure collecting. Now I’m curious, what is the one figure that you’ve always wanted but weren’t able to get and would love to own one day? Be it a Nendoroid, Figma, Scaled PVC or even a DD! Let me know in the comments! I’d love to know!

Alter makes one fine figure and this Ayanami Rei is no exception. Sadly she’s not mine but belongs to my boyfriend, was able to snag her last Wednesday when we went to go to the office for AX Live (he’s part of the backstage crew.) He’s a huge Rei fan and has a few figures of her but this one by far is my favorite.

Such a sweet shy face.

The boyfriend’s favorite part of this figure is her nice behind, he’s all for the plugsuits and loves this figure and how it shows off her curves.

I love her brilliant red eyes.

You can’t do this normally but when you turn her upside down it looks like she’s hiding from you.

“Leave me alone, I’m mad at you.”

This Rei isn’t new at all, she came out back in 2008 but isn’t too impossible to find. Sadly i don’t like her base, it’s a big black bulky flat thing that takes up so much space. When i get those horrible flat bases i leave them in the box since with so many figures it just takes up so much space. The boyfriend however has a stand for his video games he keeps her on so he doesn’t mind the base.

The good people at HobbyLink Japan sent over a sample of the most epic badass figure! Alter’s 1/7 Vivio. I never got through the rest of StikerS sadly but then I heard it wasn’t that good. However this figure from Alter is just stunning and really so epic.

I love the action pose Vivo has, i don’t have many “Action” posed figures as I tend to look for pretty faces and not what cool pose their in, still her face is really nicely done and I adore the vibrancy of the two different colored eyes.

I took these pictures from when we filmed Toybox, so these are the final finished edited photos from that photo shoot.

The back of her looks really good, plus I’m so proud of me that I actually took more pictures than just from one angle which I have a very bad habit of doing!

I love her base, it’s very simple and while you won’t see it in the images it holds her up from one leg and gives her more of an jumping through the arm ready to attack look.

No idea what this is, but I’m assuming if it hits you it’ll hurt.

Very nice armor, yet she seems a little unprotected in the chest area, unless that is her armor and it’s made to include nipples…

Side Ponytail is so cute!

While filming AX Live today during the Toybox segment where I review figures and talk about new releases a second after my segment was over, I checked back and noticed this figure for pre-order! I not only interrupted our Fan Feed segment to talk about it I had to make it an instant pre-order! I remember seeing promotional pictures for this amazing figure but only now was she released for pre-order and she is simply stunning. This is one figure I’m so excited to get my hands on!

Not only is she sexy and beautiful, but she is just breathtaking. She’ll take up space since her wings are so huge, but she’ll be a show piece.

That tail, wow that’s sexy how it lifts up the back of her skirt! Love that!

Seeing her up close is a sight to see, those wings, her brilliant red eyes! <3

I’m so glad they did close ups of the wings, they are so stunning! This is truly a terrifying look on this side but the other side is so lovely!

I love her lovely this side is, the contrast between the two are remarkable!

I feel in love with this figure the moment I saw her, Oh Alter I Love You! Keep making amazing figures like that and I’ll always love you! At 1/8th scale she’ll be pretty big with those huge honking wings, plus with a price of around 0,400 yen she’s a little pricey but so worth every penny!
