Cheerful Japan Saber and Rin Nendoroid!

Gordon was lucky enough to get these before I even saw them. Apparently there was an issue with Mikatan’s blog and these must have gotten posted before they were supposed to, but it’s pretty much official that we’re getting adorable Saber and Rin Cheerful Japan Nendoroids! I am beyond ecstatic for these! Been collecting most of the Cheerful Japan Nendoroids and I’m soooooo getting these!

Finally going to have an actual rin nendoroid and not the funky ones they released when they first came out with Nendoroids

Looks like they also come with faces styled after the Hetare Nendoroids of them that were released long ago.

Loving the huge flag as well!

No release of price info, don’t know if it’ll be a set for 6,000 yen or individual at 3,000 each. Either way I’m getting them for sure! I’ll update this post as soon as I have any info on them!

EDIT: Orders start the 11th and end the 28th, they’ll be out in May.

Good Smile Company 1/8 Gumako

Ok, I’m a little biased towards GSC and their Cheerful Japan line. So while I’m getting most of the Cheerful Japan figures this is another I cannot pass on! Gumako, GSC’s lovely mascot gets her own adorable 1/8 figure!

She also comes with adorable option faces! Just like a nendoroid!

OH she’s soooo cute! I need her! What about you? She’s going to sell for 6,000 yen with 2,000 yen of that going to Japanese Relief Efforts. The pre-order period goes from November 11th till November 28th. She’ll ship sometime in April and for sure I will be getting her! Get your own here!

As you can see he’ll come with a new body and it’s super adorable and awesome! I will be getting him for sure, now we just have to have our fingers crossed for a Cheerful Japan Luka! Kaito will also come with his normal body so you’ll have two bodies, but for sure I’ll be displaying him with the new body! He’s up for pre-order at GSC’s site from October 11th till the 27th of October.

Nendoroid Petite ClariS Set

I’m not the hugest fan of Petite Nendoroids. But this set is a pretty adorable idea! It’s of idol group ClariS which is an idol group of two Middle school girls! Man these idols seem to be getting younger and younger!

Seems that since they’re both so young they haven’t released photos of the two and have only been shown as illustrations!

GSC Love is War Miku

After so long of teasing us with pictures Good Smile Company finally put up for pre-order the long awaited Love is War Miku. She is so amazingly lovely I just wish I could get one for myself!

There will be two versions, the version up above that has the large base, and this version that has a much smaller base. While both will have the exact same figure I can only feel that this version is just lacking without the huge speakers!

The regular version is about 6,600 yen the Deluxe version can only be ordered directly from Good Smile Company for a whopping 14,000 yen! That’s not including the 2,000 yen for shipping! Personally as much as I want this figure the price is a little too much for me at the moment, while I could possibly pre-order the regular version it’s just not as fabulous to me as the Deluxe version! The silver lining is my boyfriend ordered the Deluxe version for himself, this just means I’ll keep him around so that way one day our collections can combine and then I’ll own her too! Muwahahahahahahahaha Also that means when she’s released I’ll have a review for you!

Mikatan Blog has updated with tons more amazing pictures of the new Madoka figure! She’s comign out for pre-order tomorrow and I’m super duper excited to finally get my hands on this figure!

She has a really pretty bow she comes with too! I’m so happy they included this bow with her!

No price info yet or release date info, all I know is that she’ll most likely sell out like the Nendoroids and the figmas. So keep an eye on your favorite retailer to make your pre-order!

1/1 Scale Kyubey

With Wonfes right around the corner, Good Smile Company has pulled all the stops to be able to tease us with what they’ll be selling at the largest figure convention in the world. I’m so excited for all the amazing news, but there is one thing I’m looking forward to getting, and it’s this 1/1 scale Kyubey!

Nice base for his tail. Not only does it help with balance, but also to avoid scraping the paint off.

Nice detail.

Seeing him next to a person really makes you realize just how large he is!

Next to a normal sized Nendoroid, looks like he could eat Madoka!

Big Kyubey with Little Kyubey!

You can even take him for walks!

The LARGE box he comes in.

But they’ll give him to you in a box with straps!

Or carry it the super otaku way: on your back!

GAH! I want this Kyubey so much! It would be my first 1/1 scale figure! For those of us not at Wonfes, you can order it online here. However, you’ll need a Japanese Proxy to order it for you and send it to you since it’s Japan only. At 10,000yen it is a steep price, but I think he’ll be worth every evil penny!

Nendoroid Panty and Stocking

Nendoroid Panty and Stocking! Super cute and just an amazing rendition of these characters! We’ll start with Panty and Chuck. It’s a nice addition to have chuck included with Panty.

Oh yes, I’m totally not armed at all!

Muwhaha! I lied! But wait… Two backlaces? That means Stocking must be going commando as well!

The base holds them by a strong magnet in the back of their head which even holds them up for action poses.

But is always armed when she’s got her stockings on!

But you can easily distract her with cake!

I love these nendoroids, albeit there really is nothing overly special about them that differentiates them from other nend0roids, but the quality of is always getting better. I love the addition of the magnets instead of a peg. It seems sturdy enough to hold them up yet, doesn’t leave you with a horrible hole in their back of head. I also like the super movable base in pink to go with the design of the figures. I’ll be posting more pictures in a later post of playing with them using alternate faces from other nendoroids in my collection.
