Got new Light Bulbs for better pictures the other day so to celebrate i decided to do a small review of Talho. First off as the title says, she’s listed everywhere, even on her box as 1/6 scale. Let me tell you now, NO WAY IN HELL IS SHE A 1/6 SCALE! She’s not even a 1/7 scale. Yet she’s still too big to be a 1/8 scale. Did Griffon think they would fool me? MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHA THEY CAN NEVER FOOL ME!

Now other than the problem of size, she’s actually a nice figure. When i first got into Collecting anime figures i had a strict rule of only collecting figures of characters i liked.

While it was a good rule for me since i was just starting out. it was also kinda bad since then once i finished a series, any series really. If i liked a character i would immediately look for a figure of that character. Also nice detail on her tattoo.

Talho was no exception and since i liked Eureka seven so much i just had to get my hands on a figure of her. Hey i even wanted to look like her and went out and got my hair cut just like her when i finished this series.

There were a few figures, but only this Griffon figure caught my attention. Not to mention all other Talho figures at the time were long sold out.

The pose and the body proportions i felt were much closer to her Anime Counterpart than the others.

There aren’t really any major problems with this figure. There are some seam lines on her clothes that are noticeable on her right side pictures above.

You can see a bit of panty in this shot. Also there is a piece of string that was dangling off her gun case on her right leg, didn’t notice it until now…

Since she’s getting dressed, or undressed, all depends on how you look at it. You can see a bit of panty from on top.

Her shading is also done pretty well. While her character is a bit pale so it’s expected for her to be a bit paler, they did well on shading her stomach, legs and arms.

I honestly think the only thing i don’t like much is her face. Not the sculpt, but her expression. She could suffer to be a bit happier… Plus while she has a pretty decent sized rack, no cleavage at all!

Very Nice detail on her backside as well. Her skirt is wrinkled up just right! Really, if that were a real skirt it would have that fold at the bottom just like that!

Nice detail on her boots as well. You can’t see it too well in this photo but they did a nice job on shading her boots to where there would be some wear in them.

Not the best base I’ve seen but from what I’ve seen Griffon tends to use the same kinda base for all their figures. At least her name is spellt right!

My final verdict is that this Talho figure is nice, her detail doesn’t compare to that of maybe a GSC, Alter or Max Factory figure. But i personally think it’s the best Talho figure on the market. The detail is nicely done and there aren’t any real major problems or flaws that scream “OMG stay away i’m the worst figure ever!” If you’re a fan of the series and have been looking for a Talho figure, then this is the one to track down!
