You all recently saw how Yoko got a lovely Brown/Red wig, well she also got a cute Blonde Wig. After I saw how adorable she looks with Blonde hair I knew I needed to get one for her! Also I realize I have a thing for small plushies that are perfect for her size!

I got her wig from Dollmore but for some reason I can’t seem to find the same one on the website.

I got this sweater for Yoko at the meetup from last Sunday, something I liked it how they had set -up a table to sell clothing, might try and sell some outfits I have that I bought but never put Yoko in.

The sweater is cute but I’m so worried it’ll stain yoko that she can’t wear it without her shirt, but the good thing is that it’s long sleeved so I get to let her wear her adorable sweater!

Went to a Doll Meet up from Den of Angels today with my best friend and my brother. Took Yoko, Suika and my friend Sarah’s Sindri with us and we had a blast!

Mostly pictures we took during the photo competition, I took home second place which didn’t get me a prize but I’ll take an honorable mention! Also as you can see Yoko has scored herself a new wig!

We also finished up some more with Suika’s design, got her horns in today. She looks so amazing now that she’s almost complete!

My Brother sculpted the horns himself and I have to say he did a fine job! The detail is amazing!

Yoko wearing just some random clothes I had all thrown together in what became a lovely little outfit for her. Everyone loved the comboe of the dress shirt, obi and maid skirt!

I love this wig, it’s a lovely reddish brown I got from Dollmore. Needed some trimming and some detangling but seems to suit Yoko well enough.

My Friend Sarah’s Doll, his name is Sindri, He’s a Bobobi doll and was a hit at the doll meet.

Many people liked Yoko but she was the only DD at the meet.

Suika herself was the only MDD at the meet as well. Mot of the people there didn’t know of their internal skeleton and were asking many questions. I’m always surprised at meeting people who collect dolls yet don’t know of Dollfie Dreams. I guess I’m used to the Figure.fm community and how DDs are just so much more common now.

A bit of wind made the wig a little frizzy but I do adore the windblown affect.

Yoko is also wearing a necklace I made for her at the meetup during a friendship bracelet making time.

The meet up was in this one antique shop and I spotted a drawer with little Teddy bears perfect for Yoko.

She cleaned them out!

I had a blast at this meetup, I’m sad that most of the photos I took inside during the meetup of other people’s dolls didn’t come out well since the lighting was quite poor inside. Next time I’m bringing some form of a lighting set-up to take much better pictures! I also scored an adorable hoodie for Yoko that once I get some pants for Yoko I’ll show off! I had so much fun and want to do so many more meetups like this! Maybe I’ll even set up some of my own after Anime Expo!

This past weekend a friend of mine Daniel @ddh4mster on twitter got his first Dollfie Dream, the lovely Beatrice! Can you see his happiness of opening his first girl?

Getting her dressed was easy for me since I’m a girl and know the general mechanics of female clothing but Daniel had a little trouble. He’ll get the hang of it eventually!

Her face is just so lovely, really no pictures do her justice, she’s just a sight to see in person.

My brother’s new Dollfie Suika, she’s custom MDD with the DDH-04 head. I made the outfit but it still needs some tweeks before I’m fully happy with it.

Volks Beatrice is just lovely, her dress is fully lined which is nice to help avoid staining, sadly unlike the option uniform you can get for her that is a Doll stainer >_< Expect more pictures with Beatrice for when we get together for fun Doll gathering days! She truly is a lovely Dollfie! Congrats again to Daniel on his new daughter!

This past weekend got to hang out with Maridah and a whole gang of friends at the Volks store in Torrance. She let me borrow the one of her wigs to try a new look for Yoko and I’m quite happy to see how cute she looks as a blonde!

I’ve been wanting to get her a new wig for some time but with my lack of funds i don’t want to get one that will look bad on her, and while I’ve been partial to blonde I didn’t want to get her a blonde wig and have her look weird.

Maridah also brought out her adorable Rosalia who is the limited Painted HDD-02 that was with Volks news 40. She’s so cute and no pictures do her justice, she’s so lovely in person! I’m glad we got to hang out and sadly I didn’t have many pictures but I can’t wait to get a job and be able to get more girls!

Got Yoko a a little present the other day, since I got her I planned on getting her dressed in the cutest outfits I really wanted to copy this outfit that I’d seen in the Yoko artbook, I figured it would be the easiest one to get and the least likely to stain! Now all I need is little Kamina, Simon and Lagann plushies. Also it seems that Yoko has made herself a twitter account, maybe follow her and catch what she’s up to!

Sitting around in her undies and just a shirt is super cute and sexy! Plus i love how my little Boota plush looks like a giant plush for her!

She needs a bra, with boobs that big there is no way they’s stay up without one… Good thing her’s won’t ever start to sag so she can go without on for a while.

I’m still getting used to posing Yoko is cute ways but it is a little hard… I do love how she’s so customizable. Yet i can still maintain the fact that she’s Yoko, I’m so glad I finally got my hands on Yoko! My only issue with getting her clothes is either the cost of just finding stuff in her size, it seems we share the same problems of finding clothes due to our larger bust size.  Any advice on good places to get cheap clothes that will fit Yoko?

Look at what I got in the mail today! Oh my goodness her box was so big, I guess I honestly forgot how big Dollfies really are! She’s so lovely and I honestly still can’t believe I finally own her!

She’s super cute and not hard to pose, also getting her dressed wasn’t difficult, I do hear that some clothes can stain her so I’m worried what will stain her >_<. I hear res stains so I’m gonna see about getting her a wig cap since her hair is red.

Seems she’s already got her eyes on my Kamina Dakimakura!

I’m really honestly so happy to finally own her, now I have my eyes on a few other Dollfies but for now I doubt I’ll be getting other dollfies until I have a job. For sure I will be getting more but for now I’m going to enjoy my time with Yoko! I’m so much closer to my goal of owning all the Yoko figures I can get my hands on! Thanks to everyone who helped donate to get me Yoko and thanks to Simon who sold her to me for such an awesome deal!

Today it’s Volk’s Japanese Mail Order figure 1/8 Shiranui Mai. This is my first Volks figure and while she’s very nicely done she does have some things that could have been fixed. I was able to get Mai at Comic Con this year for an amazing price and wasn’t able to pass her up!

She’s got a cute face, but doesn’t seem shy enough for someone who is trying to cover herself up after a wardrobe malfunction.

You can tell they tried to do their best with her hair and to give it amaizng detail, but it does bug me how they used a shiny paint for her hair.

I do like her eyes and the bit they added for blush

Love the bright colors for her Kimono. I believe it’s a Furisode, but i’m not entirely sure…

I say Furisode since it’s got the long sleeves, but then i’m not entirely sure. If i’m wrong let me know!

no undies on either? poor girl can’t afford much clothing can she!

I love the stuff in her hair!

I doubt i would have gotten Mai if it weren’t for her amazing price. In the end i’m glad I got her since she’s just so pretty. I love the Kimono and would love to see it on her properly. Her hair does bug me a tad bit and her base is just a plain black oval but she doesn’t really need it which is nice since you save space.
