Since I’ve been selling stuff on Etsy I’ve been looking around from time to time of items of my favorite characters, when I spotted Yoko on this etsy vendor I knew I had to have it! When I saw they did custom items I also know I had to have a Sailor Moon!

Yoko is sooo adorable! You know how much I love Yoko so getting this was obvious for me! Reminds me of the design I have for my plushies, of small details and little eyes for the face!

When I saw she did custom orders, and that she had a Sailor Moon one I knew i had to have it too! Been obsessed with Sailor Moon since I was little so I’m glad I got this! I plan on getting others from this seller when I get some more money and maybe now I’ll make a Sailor Moon Plushie to go along with the keychain!

Handmade Yoko Plushie

Just made this Yoko plushie to sell on my Etsy. All the proceeds are gonna go to the new Saber Extra DD.

These are all handmade by my and take a little time to make but by selling them on Etsy I can keep track of which orders come first and then that way you’re all guaranteed your items!

They are going to be made to order, this particular one I’m going to keep since she’s SOO CUTE! I’ll also be making a few other characters soon so keep posted and I’ll post the new ones up here and on my Etsy as well!

Alter’s Bounty Hunter Yoko

Alter’s Bounty Hunter Yoko, the Pièce de Résistance of my Yoko figure collection. I’ve wanted this figure in my collection since I knew Alter was making her back in ’08! Even when she was released for pre-order, I jumped and got my order in so fast! Yet personal debt plagued me at the time and I had to cut back on figure orders, and sadly, I had to drop my order and regretted it ever since!

This particular Yoko has been sold out since it came out, and has been practically impossible to find unless you wanted to pay upwards of $300+ on eBay. Heck, I’ve seen her on eBay for well over $1,000!

I was lucky to find her on Yahoo Auctions Japan for just under 15,000¥. An awesome deal when you consider just how rare she is. I was also able to get her for that much since her box was damaged, which I didn’t care about as long as she herself was not damaged. While I didn’t show any pictures of her box, it’s not really that damaged IMO. The box has maybe just a little wear and tear, but not horribly damaged.

Now, I’m currently at 24 Yoko’s in my collection. Still not enough though. I’m currently missing a few, like Wave’s Yomako Sensei figures and Real Image Yoko, but I’ll actually be getting her soon!

So back to this figure: She’s prefect! Yes I’m biased, but this is one of the best Yoko figures out!

Delicious underboob!

Since I got Yoko earlier this morning, I have been staring at her all day, just sitting at my desk, looking at this figure from every possible angle. I can’t find a thing wrong with her. Alter has made something so perfect, so wonderful, it’s hard for me as well to try and find a flaw in this particular Yoko. She’s been the unicorn of my collection; the one figure I missed that was becoming more and more impossible to find as time went on. Finally owning her, I feel so invigorated with my figure collecting. Now I’m curious, what is the one figure that you’ve always wanted but weren’t able to get and would love to own one day? Be it a Nendoroid, Figma, Scaled PVC or even a DD! Let me know in the comments! I’d love to know!

Blonde Yoko and her Plushies

You all recently saw how Yoko got a lovely Brown/Red wig, well she also got a cute Blonde Wig. After I saw how adorable she looks with Blonde hair I knew I needed to get one for her! Also I realize I have a thing for small plushies that are perfect for her size!

I got her wig from Dollmore but for some reason I can’t seem to find the same one on the website.

I got this sweater for Yoko at the meetup from last Sunday, something I liked it how they had set -up a table to sell clothing, might try and sell some outfits I have that I bought but never put Yoko in.

The sweater is cute but I’m so worried it’ll stain yoko that she can’t wear it without her shirt, but the good thing is that it’s long sleeved so I get to let her wear her adorable sweater!

She so loves her teddy!

Yoko with her collection of plushies! I keep finding myself looking for smell stuffed animals that Yoko would look cute holding. At least when the day comes that I get another Girl I’ll already be prepared with plenty of toys! Or I’ll have to get new ones if Yoko doesn’t want to share ^_~

Yoko as a Blonde

This past weekend got to hang out with Maridah and a whole gang of friends at the Volks store in Torrance. She let me borrow the one of her wigs to try a new look for Yoko and I’m quite happy to see how cute she looks as a blonde!

I’ve been wanting to get her a new wig for some time but with my lack of funds i don’t want to get one that will look bad on her, and while I’ve been partial to blonde I didn’t want to get her a blonde wig and have her look weird.

Maridah also brought out her adorable Rosalia who is the limited Painted HDD-02 that was with Volks news 40. She’s so cute and no pictures do her justice, she’s so lovely in person! I’m glad we got to hang out and sadly I didn’t have many pictures but I can’t wait to get a job and be able to get more girls!

Dollfie Dreams Yoko, Lily and Mari

This last Sunday I got together with a group of friends for our own personal Dollfie Dream Meet up/Photo session, Hot pot and to help a friend move. I had a blast and am now in LOVE with Dollfie Dream’s Mari and Saber Lily. I knew they were beautiful but in person they are amazing!

Mari belongs to my friend Allan, and she is just oh so lovely!

Beautiful eyes, beautiful face.

I needed shade and didn’t have anything to put up for shade, so the guys decided to help me out and block out the sun!

Yoko is a New Kimono I made, not as fancy as the one I got from Maridah. Yet I’m proud of my first attempt!

Saber Lily belongs to my friend Charles or @SaberForever on twitter.

He’s a fan of Saber in the same way that I’m a fan of Yoko. He has as many Saber figures and merchandise as I do of Yoko.

Even while dressed in a Fancy Kimono Yoko still rocks her rifle.

I was apprehensive when I bought this outfit, but it does fit Yoko nicely. Not perfectly but nicely.

Lent Mari an outfit, it fit her nicely as well. But again it wasn’t perfect, these are outfits designed for Super Dollfies so they won’t ever fit them perfectly but it does fit.

I’ve had Yoko in this outfit before but it seems that it looks better on Mari.

Yoko goes to sit on a tree, some pretty shots, but quite dangerous as well.

but it was funny how my friend Daniel @ddh4mster was right there just in case she fell backwards!

This Lake in the background of Daniel’s house is so awesome! Gave us some awesome shots!

This was our first “Meet up” not an official meet since it was just a small group of friends but I am looking forward to more meets and meeting more wonderful Dollfie Dream owners!

New Yukata for Yoko

Been looking for a few new outfits to spoil Yoko with, and when Maridah posted on Figure.fm that she was selling a Kimono with a percentage of the proceeds going to the red cross to help Japan I knew I was sold. I received it so fast plus it came with a few extra goodies for Yoko! Maridah sure knows that you have to spoil your girls!

She looks so lovely and the colors really are so flattering on her, I’m planning on getting another wig for Yoko sometimes soon since this one has been fraying and I don’t want it to be permanently damaged since it would be practically impossible to find a replacement.

Love the bow on the Obi, it looks so perfect and the design really just works so well!

I’m pleased at how well it fit her especially since Yoko is a Dynamite Body, I was a little worried but it fits perfectly!

Maridah also threw in these lovely thigh highs, so soft and they fit like a glove! Best part? I was going to buy a pair the other day and decided to hold off and wait, good thing I didn’t since now Yoko scored a much better pair!

I love this look, I might leave Yoko in the buff for a little while cause something about it is so sexy!

Every time I bring her to the office for AX Live the guys always comment on how large her butt is, but in a good way, they love the ass cleavage!

Maridah also included this adorable Ice Cream cone!

Thanks so much to Maridah for sending this over so quickly, I’m really honestly impressed with how awesome the Kimono came out, I tried my hand at making one myself and while I was proud of how it came out this one kicks mine’s butt! I still have a long way to go but I’m gonna keep working on attempting to make things for my Yoko. I’m not sure if Maridah is taking commisions as of yet but I bet if she posts any other items for sale just keep an eye on the Classifieds section of Figure.fm. Most people post some awesome Dollfie and Figure Sales and it’s always a great idea to keep an eye on the posts!

This necklace is so pretty, it looked like a drop of water and was so amazing. I adore this necklace as well!

Purple Rain -

Ok, so Prince may not endorse this necklace, but this dainty item is sure to be adored by all! This bead is wire-wrapped and will never fall off the sterling siver chain which is in turn wire-wrapped to the lobster clasp closure. So even though it’s small, it’s tough!

Yoko’s Sexy Shirt

Got Yoko a a little present the other day, since I got her I planned on getting her dressed in the cutest outfits I really wanted to copy this outfit that I’d seen in the Yoko artbook, I figured it would be the easiest one to get and the least likely to stain! Now all I need is little Kamina, Simon and Lagann plushies. Also it seems that Yoko has made herself a twitter account, maybe follow her and catch what she’s up to!

Sitting around in her undies and just a shirt is super cute and sexy! Plus i love how my little Boota plush looks like a giant plush for her!

She needs a bra, with boobs that big there is no way they’s stay up without one… Good thing her’s won’t ever start to sag so she can go without on for a while.

I’m still getting used to posing Yoko is cute ways but it is a little hard… I do love how she’s so customizable. Yet i can still maintain the fact that she’s Yoko, I’m so glad I finally got my hands on Yoko! My only issue with getting her clothes is either the cost of just finding stuff in her size, it seems we share the same problems of finding clothes due to our larger bust size. Any advice on good places to get cheap clothes that will fit Yoko?

Sega Yoko and Nia EX version

Ok, so for this review I’m half-assing it this time! I apologize but things have been busy and while, I have actually gotten a few new figures of my own, yet It’s been hard to find time to sit down and do another review! I’m doing my best for you! Here we have the first Sega set of Gurren Lagann figures of Yoko and Nia.

As we should all know by now, Sega’s quality in these figures isn’t really up there. But with a retail price of 1,500 yen you can’t expect the best quality figures. That being said I love Nia’s eyes! They got them spot on! Her hair is lacking in the blue undertones, here it looks even a bit green and doesn’t have enough of the blue we come to expect with Nia. Her pose is generic and isn’t too spectacular. Some hiccups in the paint and the sculpt is sub-par, but again for such a low price you can’t expect the best.

With Yoko here I feel they got her body proportions a little off, but then most figure companies tend to change her body type per figure and she never looks exactly the same. Her pose, like Nia’s, is also quite boring and generic and doesn’t really scream “badass girl with a gun” when you see her, heck she doesn’t even come with a gun! I feel they got her eyes done well but something about her smile is awkward as is her eyebrows, giving her a confused look when you look carefully. One thing that bugs me with this Yoko figure is they don’t seem to do much with her long hair, it just drops down next to her and doesn’t flow or have a feeling of movement. I also wish they would have picked a better color for her hair, standing next to my other Yoko figures her hair seems to be almost too red.

With both figures if it weren’t for the fact that I’m just a huge fangirl I would never have bothered. I have very few Sega figures since the quality is just so little/non-existent. The few figures from Sega I own are figures characters I truly love like Sakura and Tomoyo from Card Captor Sakura. So owning the Yoko and Nia figures isn’t a stretch for someone like myself who likes to go after owning them as well! Would I recommend them to anyone? Only if they really wanted a Yoko or Nia figure for cheap, and even then I’d still say to just save your money and get the Uplark Nia for if you want a Nia figure and for Yoko there are so many other figures much worthy of your hard earned money.
