I’ve had Yoko for a while now and i felt it was time to sit down and take some more pictures. Bein the huge Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann fan i am i had to buy this Yoko figure. I pretty much have to own anything worth having thats from TTGL. This yoko was no exception.
There are a lot of positives and negatives with this figure, but some outweighed the others
Positives:
It’s Yoko!
Detail on her gun is amazing
She’s Hot
Detail on her boots is also really great
Under boobage!
The Gurren Dan Logo for the base is win
You can see her ass
Cast off ability
Negatives:
Some hiccups in the pain job
She’s leaning and badly, i keep having to fix her and keep her in her box for a while, but then when i finally bring her out she leans again
Her face isn’t quite spot on, it’s not exactly what her face looks like
Her gun falls out of her hand constantly
While she is “cast off” It’s more like you can push her bra up, but ti’s flimsy and it feels like the bra will snap if you push it too high
So that proves it, there are more positives than negatives with this figure! She’s win for sure! For any TTGL fan or Yoko Fan this is a necessary item to own. But in all honest I’m eager for the Enterbrain 1/7 Yoko. Hopefully she looks as great as her Promotional pictures show her to be! With this figure i can’t give an honest judgment, the TTGL fan in me loves it, the figure collector in me things it’s mediocre. If it weren’t Yoko but any other character I’d say stay away. But if you are like me and Love anything having to do with TTGL then go ahead and get her cause she’ll looks awesome with all the other TTGL stuff you should already own!

I have this figurine, and my opinion is that the paint job is quite crappy. The only saving point is the base with the cool Gurren-dan logo.

I wanted this figurine before.. but canceled due to the quality, and ordered yoko dakimakura instead :p (my first dakimakura haha). I’ve ordered the enterbrain version, I hope that one will be good…
that figurine lean badly =\ btw, which part is castoff able? :O

Konami figures is something I tend to avoid, much like Yujin line of figures. A shame to hear that this figure is leaning.
The red background is a bit too bright and it kind of makes Yoko blend in too much that her hairs is almost none existent.

Still waiting for a godly Yoko figure…though I do give it points for leaving the cleavage space open for top and bottom.

I really want a figure of Yoko. I havent even watched the series, but I love her. She looks fantastic. Most of my figures come from series I havent seen before… I just make a point to look into them after I buy them lol.

Real nice figure. Still, not a big fan of the konami figures. Compared to the other bigger companies out there. If Konami improves on their figures, they might be able to compete with the other big name figure companies…
