Alpha Tetsuo Review

I'm a huge fan of Akira, and when I first started collecting figures one of the first figures I got was Alpha's Kaneda. The one of him sitting on the red chair. Ever since I got him I wanted the Tetsuo to match, but haven't had the chance to get him. I spotted him once at a con for $40 which wasn't a… [more]

KyoAni’s Nagato Yuki Review

Kyo-Ani's first step into making anime figures was such a lovely success. When Yuki was first announced I was apprehensive on getting her since Kyo-ani never made any figures before. It seems from their recent releases of K-on figures that this first beautiful release was a fluke since those suck,… [more]

Greetings from Merida, Yucatan Mexico!

While i was going to write daily posts about my trip looks like going from place to place wiped me out and i haven’t had a chance to sit down and write anything out. It’s beautiful here, other than the terrible weather, humidity and the mosquitoes. Oh and the diarrhea, yes a little too much information but i’m crapping my brains out. I’ve been watching what i eat this entire time but looks like one lemonade slipped past the radar and since it was made with tap water and now i’ve got the runs… I’ll be posting much much more about this trip when i get home since I’ve got a slow upload speed here and it’ll be impossible to upload all the beautiful pictures i’ve taken. But i’m so covered in mosquito bites, i’m covered in bites on my legs it’s terrible. These mosquitoes don’t understand that repellent means to stay away, It’s like i’m covered in honey or something.

Well tomorrow we are headed to Cancun! and it’s going to be freaking awesome! and then i think on Monday we are going to Chichén Itzá. We were supposed to go today but i got sick and stayed in my grandma’s hotel so we are all going again on Monday for me! YAY! Well i guess thats it for now, when i get more time at home i’ll do some posts about this trip since as i said the internets suck here.

    hang in there, friend!
    we all miss you and look forward to your return. seems all those stories about “don’t drink the water” are true, ne? hope you manage to have some fun despite that–hiro.

    Ahh…Blog works again! So ill post my advice once more:

    If youre the favorite food of mosquitos try out a repellent with DEET in it.My Scandinavian neighbours use it against their VERY hungry mosquitos and its working really really good.
    Only downside is that its rumored to be cancerous.Most working repelllents have around 10% up to 20% percent of DEET in it.

    This way you can return with atleast a lil bit of blood in your body!

    Hope this reaches you before you return home

    Enjo the rest of your vacation!

    Sorry about the down time. I relocated all my sites (sitting on 3 separate machines) to a 64-bit monster that runs on 1/2 the power of the 3 servers combined.

    That and getting an Apache module made for IIS (this is on a Windows Server) to work properly when everyone has the syntax wrong makes things difficult…

    Hope that wasn’t too geeky, lol.

    You better bring me some pics DQ. I expect at least Dad to bring some beautiful pics of the trip!

    And I hate you. I want to go to Cancun… You better write up how it is… even if it is just a text post, its better than nothing.

    @blowfish:
    i think mine does but i’m not entirely sure, if not i’ll be sure to try and find one with it.

    @deftoned:

    @reeve:
