How a Girl Figures

Loaned Figures; Real Image Yoko

The Loaned Figures series continues! This time it’s a figure that I must get my hands on! A figure that even with my obsession of Yoko I was apprehensive on getting her myself but all those worries have melted away with seeing her in person!

Real Image Yoko by Max Factory, a figure that i saw and said YUCK! I didn’t like her face, her body proportions at all! I felt that i might get her and have her in the background of my wall of Yoko figures.

Yet seeing her in person I’m blown away completely! I feel that I just didn’t give this Yoko a chance when she really deserved a chance from me!

I first felt her face was awkward, but now seeing her in the flesh, her eyes are my favorite part! They just are so bright and so sexy! Something just makes you want to look at her and nothing else!

The glasses look amazing and you change it out by changing out her hair piece, which is good so that way you don’t just lose a little piece!

I also have to say her body is killer! While it would obviously have to be since she’s Yoko, the real life proportions make her look even better!

Makes you feel that this is what someone would look like if they cosplayed her well!

Very nice under boob for the boys!

Great legs!

Love how she holds the gun! Also love how you don’t have to put the gun in her hands, I’ve broken my fair share of guns trying to get them into the right place!

I definitely need this Yoko for my Yoko collection! She’s so stunning and amazing and for sure a MUST GET for any fan of Yoko!

Well just because I haven’t had many new figures doesn’t mean I have to stop doing what I love!

The real image look is really different but not bad at all

Im a fan of stylized and simplistic works so the normal Yoko <3. But I have nothing against 3-D or realistic things, for all things somethings work better than others. But I digress, it's still a very lovely figure.

I agree, i love the simplistic style that she does come in and i do prefer it to this version of Yoko

Gorgeous pictures for a gorgeous figure ^^
She looks really impressive, from paintwork and sculpt, but somehow to me she is not appealing at all. Not really into the “real image” thing tehe ^^;; But like you, maybe it is because I have not seen her in person yet.

even my photos don’t do her as much justice as seeing her in person

I have this figure, and I must say that I am pleased with how she turned out, a great buy, this being the second Yoko figure I got. Nice pictures :)

I need to get my own hands on her, what’s the other Yoko figure you have?

Have you had any problems with her leaning? I’m thinking of surprising my fiance with this figure but he’d be so sad if she started to lean! :(

This was an awesome figure. I actually did a photoshoot for her but I have no idea when I will ever get her out. Overall, it was something that even exceeded my expectations for Max Factory.

She’s such a stunning figure and i guess even with Max Factory being my favorite company i had my doubts

For a character as sexy as Yoko i think this figure is really a good way to portray her

Awww this must be so hard for you to review her.
You hold her in your hands and yet she isnt yours and some time will pass until youll be able to obtain her.
    Poor DQ ^^

Im not an as big Yoko nut as you so I skipped her but shes a really sweet figure.I really do like “real” approaches on anime characters

Thank you for reviewing ‘Real Image’ Yoko ^.^/
She looks gorgeous in photo, it certainly is a nice change to have something with a ‘real’ approach aside from the typical Anime face.
I am looking forward to the next figurine review ^^

I saw this Yoko at Frank n Sons maybe a few months back. Kinda cool to see her in person. She was 90 bucks.

“A figure that even with my obsession of Yoko I was apprehensive on getting her myself”

Yup exactly how I felt, I own many Yoko figures (not as many as you though) and this one felt too risky for me to try. I still may pass on her just because I want to save money, there are only so many $100+ figures I can buy before I put myself in trouble. But your pictures have convinced me that she is a beauty. My biggest concern was the look of her waist and it doesn’t bother me in your images. I’ll keep an eye out to see if she goes on sale anywhere.

My initial impressions are the same, do not like this figure. But maybe if I saw it in person I’d feel differently about it. Yoko is one of my favorite character designs and I feel this one breaks away from her charm too much for me.
